My fascination with photography started one fateful night on my college campus when I found a 35mm film camera and turned it into campus security. 30 days later the camera was given back to me as no one claimed it. It was the beginning of a beautiful relationship spanning most of my life and moving from film and a darkroom to digital and the latest software. I’m a Fine Art photographer living in the Capital District Region of upstate New York. My vision is to bring an image to life using color, light, shape, shadow and form with a photojournalism approach. I’m a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography and a member of the Schenectady Photographic Society. I'm also an instructor at local community education programs teaching an Introduction to Digital Photography Course. These photos reflect my interest in travel, monochrome, equine, people and music photography.
